Who We Are
St. Helena United Methodist Church is a small but deeply engaged community rooted in love, justice, and authentic connection. We are a congregation that believes faith is meant to be lived out loud, not just on Sunday mornings, but in the way we show up for one another and our wider community. Grounded in the grace, we welcome questions, honor each person’s story, and seek to grow together as disciples of Jesus who care about real life: relationships, healing, purpose, and belonging. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or have been part of the church your whole life, you will find a place here where you are known, where you matter, and where we are learning together what it means to follow Christ with courage, compassion, and hope.

What We Believe
Though generally Christian in our beliefs and tradition, we welcome all people of faith as well as those who are not so sure. Whether a questioner, a doubter, a believer, or a none (nothing in particular), we welcome all to engage in the mystery of creation.

God
We believe In God, source of all, created and uncreated, abiding in grace and wisdom.

Jesus Christ
We believe In Jesus Christ, the Divine incarnation, sanctifying, inspiring and guiding all creation through love.

The Holy Spirit
We believe In the Holy Spirit who constantly renews and connects, welcoming each of us to the eternal loving arms of God.
